Pilani Sàrl collects the personal information you provide, especially when you fill out our contact form, when you buy a product or when you navigate on our website and consult our products. Mandatory data to be provided are marked with asterisk (*). In addition to information entered deliberately, some data is collected automatically during your navigation. See point 5 “Use of cookies”.

2) Use of personal data by Pilani Sàrl

Personal data are collected for the smooth processing of business operations as well as for marketing purposes. They are treated highly confidential. Only information which is necessary for the processing of your orders are registered at Pilani Sàrl.
Your personal data are not passed on to third parties, unless a legal obligation to do so, or that the execution of your order requires one of our service providers (payment providers, transporters, credit check providers).

3) Correction or deletion of your personal data

If you wish to delete your personal data, please send us an e-mail at info@pilani.ch or a letter with your request at the following postal address : Pilani Sàrl, Route de St-Cergue 14, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland. Thus, your personal data will be deleted to the extent that there is no legal obligation of conservation.

4) Payment security

Recording and transmission of your credit card data is always in encrypted format.
The use of SSL encryption technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer) guarantees that your data is protected against any external access. No data relating to your card is processed or registered at Pilani Sàrl. Your data is directly processed via our partner for secure electronic payment PayPal Pte. Ltd.  – https://www.paypal.com.

5) Use of cookies
